Chatbots are a must-have in today’s business world

A Chatbot is an application that makes use of Artificial Intelligence technology to interact with humans through chat/language interface. They perform functions as per the instructions fed to them through messages by the users. Unlike mobile applications, a Chatbot is capable of performing various functions at a time. Be it booking a flight ticket or ordering food, booking a cab or checking the weather forecast, everything is taken care of through a single platform.

The working of a Chatbot depends on user conversation. Hence, it should be designed in such a way that it smartly guides the users through every step.
